Please use this reference to answer ordering questions you may have. If you can't find your answer, send an email to sales@TeeterTotToys.com and it will be answered within 24 hours.

Online Ordering:

Use the "buy now" button on the product description page to add the item to your shopping cart. From there, you may select  either to "continue shopping" or "checkout."

When you are ready to checkout, you will be prompted for your email address, shipping and billing information. After your order is processed, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provide.

We use a 128bit SSL encryption to process your credit card, which means your information is SAFE.

Telephone Orders:

Please note the name and model # of the items you wish to purchase, then give us a call at (877) 888-TOYS (8697)

HOURS:  M-F 10AM-6PM;  Sat: 10AM-3PM   EST.

Shipping Rates: We charge a flat shipping charge to all orders shipping within the continental U.S.

 

Returns:

In the unlikely event  you are not completely satisfied with the product you purhased from Teeter Tot Toys, we will accept returns in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund equal to the price paid for the product. If your dissatisfaction was due to incorrect shipping on our part or product damage, we will also refund the shipping costs. If the item you received qualified for Free Shipping and you return it with no product defect, you will be refunded the purchase price minus actual shipping costs. Please email us at sales@teetertottoys.com with your order number and reason you wish to return the item. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Damaged Merchandise:                                                                     If the product is damaged in shipment, customer must inform Teeter Tot Toys within 4 days with a description of damage.  We will file the claim  and have a replacement product shipped out as soon as possible.  Customer will not incur any additional shipping charges.
